By downloading, installing, or using the TrickrGo mobile application or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.
1.2 Description of Service
TrickrGo is a marketplace platform that connects vehicle owners ("Customers") with independent automobile service providers ("Partners"), including workshops, car wash centres, tyre specialists, battery service providers, and towing operators.
TrickrGo acts solely as an intermediary marketplace. We do not provide automobile services directly. The service relationship is between the Customer and the Partner.
1.3 User Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
1.4 Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent bookings or reviews
- Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the platform
- Harass or abuse service providers or other users
1.5 Booking and Cancellations
Bookings made through TrickrGo are subject to Partner availability and confirmation. Cancellation policies may vary by Partner. TrickrGo is not responsible for service quality, delays, or disputes between Customers and Partners.
1.6 Limitation of Liability
TrickrGo's liability is limited to the amount paid for services through the platform in the 30 days preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
1.7 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
2. Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how TrickrGo collects, uses, discloses, and protects your personal information when you use our platform.
3. Data We Collect
3.1 Information You Provide
- Phone number — used for OTP-based authentication
- Name and profile information — used to personalise your experience
- Vehicle details — make, model, registration number, used for service bookings
- Saved addresses — home, office, and other locations for quick booking
3.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Location data — with your permission, used to find nearby service providers
- Device information — device type, OS version, for compatibility and support
- Usage data — screens viewed, features used, to improve the app experience
- Push notification tokens — to send booking updates and service reminders
3.3 How We Use Your Data
- To process and manage your service bookings
- To send real-time booking status updates via push notifications
- To provide customer support
- To send service reminders at appropriate intervals
- To improve our platform and develop new features
- To comply with legal obligations
3.4 Data Sharing
We share your contact and vehicle information with the Partner you book with, so they can fulfil your service request. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share data with service providers who assist in operating our platform (e.g., cloud hosting, push notification delivery) under strict confidentiality agreements.
3.5 Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.
3.6 Your Rights
Under applicable Indian data protection law, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate personal data
- Request deletion of your personal data
- Withdraw consent for data processing where consent is the legal basis
4. Cookies & Tracking
The TrickrGo mobile app does not use browser cookies. The web version of our platform uses essential cookies only (e.g., session management). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
